Evoko LISO Room Manager with 8″ Capacitive Multi-Touch LCD Screen

The Evoko Liso is a smart, user-friendly room booking device with an 8-inch capacitive multi-touch LCD screen featuring anti-fingerprint coating. It connects via 1Gb LAN or 802.11n WiFi and supports RFID/NFC for easy access. It’s compatible with calendar services like Microsoft Office 365, Exchange (2010, 2013, 2016), and Google Workspace. Power is supplied through PoE (Power over Ethernet). With Evoko Liso, you can book a meeting room using your digital calendar or directly on the screen. The display adapts when someone approaches, always showing the most relevant information. You can book, extend, or end a meeting right from the screen. It also allows you to search for available rooms based on size and equipment. A coloured light system (green, amber, and red) clearly shows room availability at a glance, helping to avoid double bookings and confusion. Smart and Insightful Evoko Liso helps you make better use of your meeting spaces by providing insights into booking patterns through Evoko Home, a web-based management tool. It offers real-time monitoring, permission control, and multi-site management, all aimed at improving meeting room efficiency and reducing costs. Overview Screen (Coming Soon) The upcoming Overview Screen feature in Evoko Home will let you see the full meeting room schedule for an entire building or floor at a glance. Color coding makes it easy to spot which rooms are free, booked, or soon to be in use. Directional arrows help guide you to nearby available rooms quickly.
